We are a full service bookkeeping firm. We do payroll, bookkeeping, invoices and estimates, account reconciliations, help manage finances and file monthly/quarterly tax returns & reports. We help with new hire paperwork paperwork, garnishments and child support reporting.

We charge an hourly rate and we do that because not all accounts are the same. We have little guys that take an hour or two a month so charging a  Minimum would be over billing them.

We have an open door policy so you can drop in anytime except Wednesdays. We understand contractors suck at making appointments on time. So just drop in and we can chat about your needs and see how we can help you. 

We are month to month basis, we ask all our clients to sign an engagement letter. That way they know what to expect and agree to pay us.

Yes! We can help you get your business license, and get through all the state licensing, get your EIN, and help you get insurance. We can also offer advice to things you can do to help your business succeed. 

Yes we work with several CPA’s and filers in the valley. And can recommend where to go. 

It’s EXTREMELY important!! Two main reasons:

• If you were ever audited by the IRS, you would want them to have a clean look at your business. They don’t need to see your personal spending and neither do we.

• The second is it saves you money. We can reconcile a two page bank statement faster than a 20 page statement. So why waste the money when you don’t have to 🤷

We are contractor friendly. We understand business owners need flexibility so we have flexible hours to fit your availability. The open door policy makes it easy to drop in when you can and there is always someone available to take care of your needs.
